Our spectacular Jacobean manor house sits within four acres of beautifully kept gardens in the Surrey countryside, allowing guests to escape from the fast pace of the city and enjoy country life.
With the house entirely yours for the day or evening, Smallfield Place is the perfect venue to hold your next business meeting, present to clients or host your corporate event, guaranteeing your absolute privacy.
If your guests wish to extend their stay overnight, the house provides seven luxurious ensuite bedrooms; ideal for senior board members. We can accommodate up to 14 delegates overnight. The House comprises five double rooms and two twin rooms. All day catering and private dining can be arranged on request with our catering partners.

The house has several impressive meeting spaces, all of which are sumptuously decorated, flexible and suitably equipped.
For an exclusive board style meeting, our charming panelled dining room provides an attractive and intimate venue for up to ten delegates.
Larger groups, training sessions, client presentations or small conferences can be accommodated in our Crullings suite, with its high ceiling, exposed beams and oak panelling.
